I have heard that gelatin causes blood clots. Why do you recommend it?

Firstly, I know of no study supporting this concept. Secondly, we do not recommend taking gelatin. Gelatin is an incomplete protein and therefore not only hard to digest but worthless as a food source.

People take gelatin to support their joint and cartilage well being. They do this because it contains an active ingredient called chondroitin sulfate. We recommend Gluco Gel. It not only contains far more chondroitin sulfate than gelatin, it is much easier to digest. Further Gluco Gel contains other valuable nutrients such as glucosamine sulfate which have also been shown to be supportive.
